3H Foam is able to manufacture a range of customized closed-cell foam products for diverse applications requiring void-filling, sound, moisture or temperature insulation, cushioning/impact absorption and anti-evapourating sheeting.

These include expansion joint or dynamic joint fillers or inserts, pylon cladding, sound deadening walls, floating devices, specialised equipment and case inserts, gaskets, body armour, and medical cushioning applications.
 

Foam converting

3H Foam offers a range of closed-cell foam conversion services including splitting, slitting, flame lamination, die-cutting, heat moulding, buffing, glueing, profile cutting, band-sawing and pipe cover manufacture.

Complex shape cutting requiring water-jet or laser cutting is outsourced.
